Am I Eligible For A Refund?
If your order is canceled for any reason then you are eligible for a refund.
Cancellations can occur if you haven’t received the service, the service does not fit the description or if there is any fraudulent conduct from the seller (such as using multiple Fiverr accounts).
You are also eligible for a refund if the seller is unresponsive for 24 hours after the order is marked late or if the seller abuses the system by extending the delivery due date.
How To Get Your Fiverr Refund
To get your refund, follow these steps:
First, you need to cancel your order – this can be done at any time from the order being made active up until 14 days after the order has been completed.
To cancel your Fiverr order:
- Go to The Order Page and select the order you wish to cancel.
- Then click on the resolution center on the right of your screen.
- Ask the seller to cancel the order and choose a reaso for the cancellation from the list, then click continue.
- You will then have to explain why you are requesting an order cancellation. Once done click Send.
Your request will be sent to the seller who is then required to accept or decline your request within 2 days. If they don’t then the order will be canceled automatically after 48 hours days.
If the seller doesn’t agree to cancel the order then the case will be escalated to the Fiverr customer support team who will review your case and, providing you have a reasonable reason for cancellation, will accept it and process your refund.
The more information you can give about why you needed to request a refund the better as this will help strengthen your case meaning you are more likely to win and get your money back.
When Will Your Fiverr Refund Be Issued?
Fiverr refunds are paid back in the same way that you paid for the original order.
The length of time it will take to receive your refund will depend on how you paid:
- If you paid by credit or debit card then your refund will take up to 14 days, though usually it is less than 10 days.
- If you paid by PayPal your refund will typically take less than 24 hours.
Yeah, right! Thank you for making clients purchase our gigs and after completing them come up and say that their order is not complete.
